The use of cupping to treat disease has been around since 3,000 BC. In cupping, a negative pressure is created when fire or suction is applied to a glass, bamboo or plastic cup which is placed at different parts of the body to help remove obstructions.

Obstructions are created when muscles and tissues lose blood flow and become immobile, cells don’t get enough oxygen, fascia becomes restricted, toxins build up and energy flow becomes blocked. When any of these impairments happen, we feel pain.

Applying pressure with a cup enables the body to restore its natural energy flow, increasing blood circulation to muscles and tissues which loosens the knots and frees up the fascia too move freely.

Cupping a safe and easy way to get the body moving more freely and healthy.

“We must all suffer from one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons.”
